LensCrafters was able to match glasses to their consumers through in-store experiences, but the eyewear brand wanted to create the same experience digitally.
For LensCrafters’ LensStudio, we created an app which asked shoppers a series of initial questions so their in-store experience could be personalized to their eye needs.
The Right Question
The questions even let them choose the kind of lens they like on glasses.
And to provide full transparency, LensCrafters’ customers can know how much their glasses would cost before they’re ready to order.
Their responses were immediately sent to an in-store specialist that could point shoppers in the direction of their perfect pair.
