(human)x is excited to announce our partnership with Premier Health. In January 2018, Premier came to (human)x seeking a new website with great UX at the forefront.
We are following a strategic process, starting with our Discovery Phase, inclusive of stakeholder interviews and focus groups with consumers within Premier’s service area, as well as a thorough content analysis. This leads into a Strategy Phase, where consumer and patient personas, content strategy and user flows are developed. Ultimately, Leap will design a website with a unique and highly personalized user experience.
In addition to the website development project, Leap has centralized Premier’s marketing data analytics and is working with them on an ongoing basis, developing strategic digital engagement strategies and social media community management.
