Initially, Humana wanted to find the best way to better serve their Spanish-speaking customers. We were tasked with updating Humana\u2019s Hispanic cultural competency training modules. We created new HR modules that would better serve Humana\u2019s Hispanic community, including a custom animation library, writing new scripts and working with Humana to cast the voice over talent and organize the recording of the audio. It was important to update the technology and transform the modules into HTML format.
